I fell in love with watercolor art in high school. I never quite related to abstract, or fantasy art, instead I loved photo realism. Though, I quickly grew tired of trying to paint from references that I found on the internet and picked up the camera that my grandpa left for me after he passed. This led me to working with friends and soon after booking clients.

My photography career started when I finally realized that I want to work with families and help them to capture these beautiful memories, trapped in a still moment forever. Today, we are filled with these images that go on social media and they die there. I want to bring these images back to our walls.

That is why I combined my photography and my watercolor skills to create Amyzing Art Studios. I’m more than a photographer and more than an artist. I’m a designer of reminiscence. My photography may have started in Hampton Roads VA, but with my husbands career, we travel a lot which takes us to many wonderful places. Keep an eye on my social media pages for if we come to a town near you.

A few fun facts about me:

• In September of 2022, I married my best friend and the. man of my dreams at a beautiful venue in the mountains.

• May of 2023 we welcomed our first born son and we couldn’t be happier.

• I absolutely love to cook and bake and if there is any opportunity to bring my passion for food and my passion for photography together, I will.

• My husband and I started working on a few art pieces together in 2022, where we combine his love of woodworking and my love of art. It has been such an amazing bonding experience for us. You can find and order a customized item here.
